Returns and Refunds
We hope you will not require a refund for your purchase but should you need a refund, we can accommodate those requests if you notify us by email or mail within 45 days from the original order date. You will receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please ship your purchase, with appropriate insurance, to the previously stated address. After receiving your merchandise, we will inspect it for damage. If the items are resalable, we will issue the refund within 20 business days after our inspection.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Purchases older than 45 days (from the date the order was originally placed)
- Damaged, missing, or otherwise non-resalable items
Refunds will not be issued if the protective strip from the CD was damaged or removed. Buyer pays for return shipping, insurance, tracking fees and other expenses. These charges are not refundable.
